of wilful violation on notice,
    The corporation not to pass any ordinance inconsistent
with the laws of this state or of the United States,
    That part of the charter giving to the mayor, &c. the
power of holding a court of hustings, and all such
parts thereof, and all acts of the legislature repugnant
to, or inconsistent with this act, repealed,
    Nothing herein to authorise the mayor, &c. to extend
any street, lane or alley, beyond the bounds originally
laid down for the city of Annapolis, or the additions
thereto, unless by the consent of the party or parties interested,

    A road to be laid out from Walker's Mill to intersect
the Frederick turnpike road,
—From Severn Ferry to Patapsco Lower Ferry,
    Provisions respecting a tobacco warehouse in Annapolis,
    The old poor house directed to be repaired, or a new
one built,
—The purchase of a new one confirmed,
    The levy for the year 1801, authorised to be completed,
    Money to be levied for the support of Ruth Yancy,
and her son,
    A public road to be laid out from the widow Robinson's
gate, across Randall and Dobbins's mill dam, to
intersect the mountain road, at or near the Methodist
Meeting House,
    Money to be levied for the support of Sarah Jones,
    A road to be opened from Norwood's Ferry, in Patapsco,
to intersect the main road leading from Elk Ridge
Landing, to the Falls of Patapsco,
    A road to be laid out from F. Holland's Landing,
on Patapsco, to intersect the main road leading from
Hammond's Ferry, to Annapolis,
    A road to be opened from Westminster to the city
of Washington and George-Town, through Anne-Arundel
county, &c.
    Money to be levied for the support of Mary Elliott,
    A road to be opened by Water's Mill, to Ashton's
Ford, on Patuxent, &c.
—The said road confirmed, and damages to be valued,
    Money to be levied for the support of James Reewarck
and William Cox,
    A company incorporated for building a bridge over
the river Patapsco,
    A lottery authorised for repairing the Protestant Episcopal
Church in All Hollows Parish,
    The time for taking the sheriff's bond extended,
    Calvert, Anne-Arundel, and Montgomery counties,
to form the third judicial district,

    A road to be opened on the north side of Severn river,
from a landing called Jumper's Hole, to Ashpaw's
Landing, on the east side of Curtis's creek,
    The powers of the trustees or the poor enlarged as to
out pensioners,
    A road to be laid out and changed from E. Brown's
plantation, to intersect a public road from Elk Ridge
Landing, at Sandy Bottom,
    The county courts to be held on the third Monday in
April and September,
    A lottery authorised for building a bridge over a
branch of Patuxent river, at or near the mill of John
Crow,
    Money to be levied for the support of Anne Welsh,
