Repeal.

                                LAWS OF MARYLAND.

    4.  AND BE IT ENACTED, That each and every provision of the 
said act, passed at November session eighteen hundred and five*,
which may be at variance with the provisions of this supplementary
act, be and the same are hereby repealed.

    BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That 
the judges of Baltimore county court be and they are hereby required,
to value the negro mentioned in the act to which this is a 
supplement, and that the amount be assessed and paid to the said
Priscilla Nicholls, according to the provisions of the original act.

An Act for the relief of William Comegys, and his Infant Children.

for their support.
    BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That 
the justices of the levy court of Caroline county, shall be, and they
are hereby empowered, annually, if in their discretion they deem it
right and proper, to assess and levy on the assessable property of
said county, a sum of money not exceeding forty dollars, for the 
support and maintenance of the said William Comegys, and his
infant children, and that the same be collected annually by the collector
of Caroline county, and by him paid to the said William
Comegys, or to his order.
