At a Session of the General Assembly of Maryland, begun
    and held at the City of Annapolis, on Monday, the 4th
    of November, in the year of our Lord 1811, and ended
    the seventh day of January, 1812,

    1811.

                                   CHAPTER I.
An Act to settle and ascertain the Salary of the Members of the Council
                for the ensuing Year.  Lib. TH. No. 3, fol. 25.

CHAP. 1.

Passed Dec. 27.

       BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That 
each member of the council, shall be entitled to receive, for the
ensuing year, the sum of two hundred pounds current money, for
his salary.

                                   CHAP. II.
A Supplement to an Act passed at November session eighteen hundred
    and nine*, entitled, An act concerning Crimes and Punishments.

    BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the application to be made by all male criminals who before the
commencement of the act to which this is a supplement shall have
been condemned to serve and labour on the public roads, or in
making, repairing and cleansing the streets or basin of Baltimore
town, and whose time of service and labour is unexpired, may be
made at the first adjourned court of oyer and terminer and gaol delivery
of Baltimore county, which may be in session next after the
issuing the proclamation referred to n the act to which this is a
supplement; whereupon the same proceedings shall take place, as
are directed to take place by the fiftieth section of the act to which 
this is a supplement.

                                    CHAP. III.
An Act authorising the Levy Court of Baltimore County to assess and
    levy a sum of money for the purpose of repairing the Liberty-Town
    Road.

    1.  BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the levy court of Baltimore county shall, and they are hereby authorised,
immediately after the passage of this act, or as soon
thereafter as possible, to assess and levy on the assessable property
