Mr. Colton, of Baltimore City, Chairman of a Select Com-
mittee, reported favorably,
A bill, entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore, to widen and deepen the Ship Channel
of the Patapsco River, between the mouth of said river and
.said city, and to appropriate a sum of money therefor.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Stone, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
A bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 20, of Article
XLI, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Fish and
Fisheries," sub-title "Potomac," and to repeal and re-enact
with amendments, sub-section 1, of Act of January Session,
1870, chapter 205.

Mr. Kirk, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably, .
A bill, entitled an Act to repeal sections 1 and 2, of chap-
ter 100, of the Acts of 1865, entitled a further supplement to
an Act to incorporate the Baltimore City Passenger Railway
Company, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

A bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 9, of chapter 438,
of the Acts of 1870, entitled an Act to incorporate the Citi-
zens' Railway Company of Baltimore, and to add additional
sections thereto.
