A bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 47', of Article
XVL, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Prince
George's County," sub-title "County Oommissionrs," and
to re-enact the same with amendments, so as to read as fol-
lows.
Which wag read a first time,
Mr. Eareckson, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported-
favorably,
A bill, entitled an Act to repeal sections 1, 2, 5, 6, 9 and
11, of the Article of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Small Pox," and to re-enact the same with amendments,
and to repeal section 10 of said Article.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Groome, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
A bill, entitled an Act to authorize and empower the-
County Commissioners of Cecil county, to reassess the farms,
in Cecil county, assessed on the boohs of said Commissioners
to George Simpson and Emma Reed, of said county, respec-
tively.
