Railroad Company,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays, with proposed
amendments."

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

"Section 8, line 12, amend by striking out all after the
word " Company."

Section 12, line 32, amend by striking out all after the
word, "Estate."

Amend by adding the following section :

SECTION 19. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
