Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAFER 12.
|

AN ACT for the better protection of game in
Montgomery County.
|
Not to kill
game.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That no person shall trap, shoot or
in any manner catch, kill, maim or wound any
partridge in Montgomery County, between the first
day of December and the first day of October, nor
any woodcock between the first day of January
and the tenth day of June, nor any pheasants be-
tween the first day of February and the first day
of September, in each year.

Penalty.
|
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That any person vio-
lating the preceding Section shall pay a fine of
five dollars for each and every offence to the County
|
