AN ACT to declare the sanction of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the gift and bequest
of Andrew Small, late of Washington City, de-
ceased, to the Board of Trustees of the Neels-
ville and Darnstown Presbyterian Church, of
"Montgomery County, Maryland," and to a
sale of lands made by Richard M. Williams,
trustee to said Board of Trustees ;

WHEREAS, Andrew Small, late of Washington
City, deceased, did, during his lifetime, donate the
sum of five thousand dollars, and by his last will
and testament, duly admitted to probate, and re-
corded in the office of Register of Wills for Wash-
|

ington County, in the District of Columbia, be-
queath the sum of thirty-five thousand dollars to
the Board of Trustees of the Neelsville and Darns-
town Presbyterian Church, of Montgomery County,
Maryland, and their successors; and whereas,
Richard M. Williams, as trustee, appointed by the
Circuit Court for Montgomery County, did, by
deed bearing date the nineteenth day of Septem-
ber, in the year eighteen hundred and sixty-five,
convey unto the said Board of Trustees of the Neels-
ville and Darnstown Presbyterian Church of Mont-
gomery County, Maryland, twelve and one-half
acres of land, more or less; therefore,
