Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays.

A bill entitled an Act to release Jas. B. Palmer, David
Fiel and Stewart R. Emory, securities on the bond of John
Palmer, collector of State and county taxes, in the third
district of Queen Anne's county, for 1866, from the payment
of interest.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

A bill entitled an Act to refund Alexander Brown &
Sons, of the city of Baltimore, agents of Brown, Shipley &
Co., of London, the sum of fifty-eight pounds, sixteen shil-
lings and ten pence, in gold, amounting in currency to four
hundred dollars and ninety cents, for money erroneously
paid by them into the Treasury.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

A bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 12 and 15 of an
Act passed at the January session 1867, chapter 298, enti-
tled an Act to Incorporate the Pennsylvania Line Railroad
Company, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend an Act, entitled
an Act to incorporate the Emmittsburg Railroad Company,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 10 of
Article 97, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to
State Wharfinger and wharves, and to re-enact the game
with amendments,

Was read the second time, and
On motion by Mr. Henry,

The further consideration of said bill was postponed until
to-morrow, Tuesday.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to, amend and. explain the
Act passed at the January session, 1867, chapter 255, enti-
tled an Act to authorize the payment to the Maryland and
Delaware Railroad Company of the sum of thirteen thousand
dollars, applied to the Choptank and Mispillion Railroad.
Company by the Act of 1860, chapter 303, according to the
provisions of section 3 of said Act,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed fur
a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the Act
of 1853, chapter 194, entitled an Act to incorporate the Bal-
