On motion of Mr. Mullin,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Internal Improve-
ments to introduce a bill amendatory of an Act passed Feb.
13, 1862, entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore
City Passenger Railway Company.

On motion of Mr. Seibert,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Pensions to report
a bill asking an annual pension to Samuel Feigley and Sam-
uel Kline, invalid soldiers of the war of 1812 and 1814, of
Washington county.

On motion of Mr. Iglehart,

Leave was granted to the Anne Arundel delegation to re-
port a bill relating to fences on the public roads leading from
the city of Annapolis.

On motion of Mr. Smith, of Worcester,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
report a bill to render valid the acts of Registers of slave
statistics, under the Act passed January session, 1867, to ex-
tend the time to complete the registration and for other pur-
poses relating thereto.

On motion of Mr. Deale,

Leave was granted to the Anne Arundel delegation to in-
troduce a bill to empower the County Commissioners of Anne
Arundel county to subscribe to the capital stock of the Bal-
timore and Drum Point Rail Road Company.

On motion of Mr. McCulloh,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to re-
port a bill to incorporate the Cumberland Transportation and
Insurance Company.

On motion of Mr. Slingluff,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill giving to Constables the same compensation
for making their returns to the grand jury as is given to
Witnesses.

On motion of Mr. Rose,

Leave was granted to the Talbot and Caroline delegations
to introduce a bill to repeal the charter of Dover Bridge
Company, and all subsequent Acts relating thereto, and to
re-enact the same with amendments.

On motion of Mr. Riggs,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
