Code of Public General Laws of the State of Maryland, enti-
tled Oysters, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

A bill entitled an Act to amend the Act incorporating the
Western Maryland Rail Road Company.

A bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore and the County Commissioners
of Washington county, to waive the liens acquired by them,
respectively, under a mortgage heretofore executed to the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, by the Western Mary-
land Rail Road Company, in trust, to indemnify the said, the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, and the County Com-
missioners of Washington county upon their endorsements
respectively, upon the second mortgage bonds of said com-
pany.
