An Act to incorporate the Cambridge harbor internal navi-
gation and wharf company.

An Act to secure the completion of the Worcester Railroad.
An Act to incorporate the Wando company.

An Act to add additional sections to the Act of 1867,
chapter 377, to be embraced in the 22d Article of the supple-
mental Code of Public Local Laws for Wicomico county, sub-
title "Salisbury," to follow section 10, of said Article.

An Act to refund to Samuel S. Redgraves, of Anne Arun-
del county, a certain sum of money erroneously paid by him
into the State Treasury on account of State taxes.

An Act to repeal the Act of 1865, chapter 60, entitled an
Act to repeal sections 139, 140, 141, 142, 14S, 144, 145, 146,
147 and 148, of the Code of Public Local Laws for Somerset
county, relating to Retailers, an5. to re-enact the said sections
from 139 to 148 inclusive, of Article 19, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, for Somerset county.

An Act to repeal a Proviso in the 4th section of the Act of
1867, chapter 150, entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the Kent county Railroad company, passed January session,
1866, chapter 148, entitled an Act to incorporate the Kent
county Railroad company, to secure the completion of the
said road by the issuing of additional bonds of the company,
and to provide for the payment of the State's subscription for
stock in said company, to waive the State's lien relating to
the State's payment of one-fourth of her subscription for stock
in one year, and to re-enact the said sections as thus
amended.

An Act to incorporate the Southern Maryland Railroad
company.

An Act supplementary to an Act passed at January ses-
sion, 1866, chapter 55, entitled an Act to incorporate the
Baltimore and Liberty Turnpike Road company, in Carroll
county, and to amend the title of said Act of 1866, chapter
55, and to authorize the County Commissioners of Frederick
county, to subscribe to the capital stock of said company.

An Act to exempt from taxation, the structure of the Mary-
land and Virginia bridge company over the Potomac river,
between Shepherdstown, West Virginia, and Washington
county, Maryland.

An Act to repeal an Act passed January session, 1866, en-
titled an Act to incorporate a company to build a Turnpike
road from Union bridge, Carroll county, to Unionsville,
Frederick county, and to enact a substitute therefor.

An Act to incorporate the Hooversville and Baltimore
Turnpike company.
