An Act to repeal a part of the first section of an Act. en-
titled an Act to carry into effect the 8th section of the Act,
entitled an Act for the promotion of Internal Improvements,
passed at December session, 1835, chapter 395, passed at
January session, 1860, chapter 303.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to repeal the 149, 150, 151, 152,
153, 154, 155, 156 and 157th sections of the 3d Article of the
Public Local Laws, relating to bonds in Baltimore county,
and to enact the following sections in lieu thereof.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Senators
from Baltimore, Frederick and Carroll counties.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 44,45 and 46,
of Article 16, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
Prince George's county, under head of Collectors, and
sections 47,48 and 49 additional sections to said Article
under the same head enacted by Act of 1864, chapter 326,
and to re-enact the same with amendments and additions,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2, of Article
41 , of the Public General Laws of Maryland, title Fish and
Fisheries, and to re-enact the same with amendments,

Was taken up, and
Mr. Miller offered the following amendments :

Strike out after the word " of," in the 9th line, 1st section,
the words " the aforesaid counties," and insert in lieu there-
of the words "this State."

Section 1, line 12, insert after the word " year," the words
" unless by permission of the owners or tenants of the lands
or shores aforesaid."

Section 1, line 14, strike out all after the word " same,"
to the end of the section.

Which amendments were adopted,

And the bill as amended read a third time and passed by
yeas and nays as follows :
