The bill entitled, an Act to repeal section 9, of the Act of
January session 1866, chapter 119, incorporating the Union
Rail Road Company of Baltimore, and re-enact the same with
amendments, and also to add additional sections thereto;

Being under consideration,

Mr. Kimmel submitted the following amendment:

Section 1, line 24, erase the word Baltimore and Philadel-
phia, and insert Philadelphia, Wilmington and Baltimore.

Which was read and adopted.

The bill was then read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading, and

On motion by Mr. Spates,

The bill was then read the third time by special order,
three-fourths concurring, and passed byyeas and nays as follow:
