Baltimore City Passenger Railway Cars on Sunday, supple-
mentary to an act to incorporate the Baltimore City Passen-
ger Railway Company, passed February 13th, 1862, Chap-
ter 71, being upon its second reading;

On motion of Mr. Lankford, it was laid over informally.

The bill entitled, an Act to pay John H. B. Latrobe, Wil-
liam Schley and John M. Frazier, for legal services;

Being upon its second reading;

Mr. Linthicum proposed the following amendment:

Strike out the words, "one thousand," in the fourth line,
first section, and insert two hundred;

Which was rejected by yeas and nays, as follow:
