Mr. Burhman proposed the following amendment; Amend by striking out the name of "John M. Frazier;" Which was rejected. Mr. Spicer proposed the following amendment: Strike out "$1,000," and insert "$400;" Which was rejected. Mr. Gordy proposed the following; Strike out "$1,000," and insert "$500;" Mr. Linthicum moved to lay the amendment on the table; Which was decided in the negative.
