The Joint Assembly was then adjourned, to meet to-mor-
row at 12 o'clock.

The bill entitled An Act, to provide for the selection,
drawing and summoning of juries, in Washington, Frederick
and Carroll counties, and prescribing their qualifications—
being on its second reading;

On motion of Mr. Appleman it was made the order of
the day for Thursday next, 24th instant, at one o'clock.

ter 93, relating to a patent for a tract of land in Allegany
