Parson's Cemetery; (8) thence S. 71 1/2° E. to a stone stand-
ing on the west line of a road called the Truitt road, lead-
ing from Mt. Hermon road to the Middle Neck road; (9)
thence by and with and binding on the west line of the said
Truitt road S. 9° 10' E. to the shell road leading to Berlin;
(10) thence with the west line of the said Truitt road S.
9° E. to the north line of Mt. Hermon road; (11) thence
with the north line of the said Mt. Hermon road N. 87 3/4°
W. 68.52 poles to a stone; (12) thence S. 22 1/4° W. to point
on the south bank of the Humphrey's mill pond on the line
dividing the land of B. H. Parken from the land of Dr.
Eugene W. Humphrey's; (13) thence by and with the said
line S. 22 1/4° W. to a stone on the south line of Schu-
maker road; (14) thence S. 30° 52 W. 102.5 poles to a
stone standing on the north line of the Snow Hill road at the
corner of the land of George T. Huston and George William
Parsons; (15) thence S. 30° 52 W. 47.56 poles to a stone
standing in a direct line with the south line of N. F. Fitch's
lot extended; (16) thence N. 73 1/2° W. 91.56 poles to the
southeast corner of the said N. F. Fitch's lot; (17) thence
with the south line of the said Fitch's lot N. 73 1/2° W.
to the line of Camden avenue; (18) thence N. 20 1/4° W. to
a stone standing at the southwest corner of George S.
Williams' lot and on the east line of River street; (19) thence
by and with and binding on the east line of the said River
street to the Wicomico river; (20) and from thence with a
straight line drawn to the first beginning at the intersection
of the east line of Parsons street with the dock of A. F.
Parsons.

132A. All male qualified voters resident in the annexed
territory herein provided for shall be entitled to vote at the
next municipal election, provided they were qualified voters
at the last general or Congressional election, and have resided
in said annexed territory or corporate limits of Salisbury
for six months prior to the said municipal election.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 5, 1900.

CHAPTER 159.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
twenty-four, of the Charter of the Baltimore and Southern
Railroad Company, as the same was enacted by the Act of
