SEC. 1 6. And be it further enacted, That the stockholders-
of the Annapolis Banking and Trust Company shall be liable
to the amount of their respective shares or share of stock in
said company for all its debts and liabilities upon notes, bills
or otherwise.
SEC. 17. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 158.
AN ACT to repeal Section one hundred and thirty-two ot
Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Wicomico
County," sub-title "Salisbury," and to re-enact the same
with amendments, and to add an additional section to fol-
low after said Section one hundred and thirty -two, to be
known as Section I32A, said latter section to further define
who shall be qualified voters in the annexed territory to the
said Town of Salisbury.

SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section one hundred and thirty-two of Article 23
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Wicomico County,"
sub-title "Salisbury," be and the same is hereby repealed and
re -enacted so as to read as follows, and that an additional
section, to be known as Section 132 A, be added after said
Section one hundred and thirty-two, so as to read as follows:

132. The taxable and corporate limits of said Town shall
begin at the intersection of the east line of Parson street with
the dock of A. F. Parsons; (1) thence running by and with
and binding on the east line of said Parsons street to the
south line of Anderson road; (2) thence by and with the
south line of said Anderson road to the south line of Quantico
road; (3) thence by and with and binding on the south line of
said Quantico road to a tile drain-pipe across said road at the
junction of Owens' Branch and Williams' Branch; (4) thence
by and with the said Williams' Branch to the northmost
limits of the B. C. and A. Railroad; (5) thence by and with
and binding on the said northmost limits of the said B. C.
and A. Railroad to the east side of a branch called Cotly
Cox's Branch; (6) thence by and with and binding on the
east side of said Cox's Branch to a stone; (7) thence 71 1/2°
E. to a large white oak standing on the northwest corner of
