41 To all people to whome these presents Shall come I Thomas
Walker of the County of Sommersett in the province of Maryland
Send greeting in or: Lord God everlasting Know yee that I the
Sd: Thomas Walker for A valuable Consideracon in hand all-
ready received by me the sd: Thomas Walker from Walter Powell
of Sommersett County in the Province of Maryland have granted
bargained Sold alliened infeoffed & Confirmed And by these
presents for my Selfe my heires executors & assignes, Doe
grante bargaine Sell allienate infeoffe & Confirme unto the
Sd: Walter Powell his heires executors: & assignes A parcell of
Land which is mentioned in three pattents granted to one Robt
Jones vizt; one for three hundred acres called Greenefeild
Another for one hundred acres called Midele both bearing date y
20th: day of July one thousand Six hundred Sixty eight and one
other pattent for one hundred acres called the exchange bearing date
the Second day of August one thousand Six hundred Sixty eight ~
And Allienated from the Sd: Robt Jones unto me the Sd: Thomas Walker
which Devident of Land bargained & Sold is Lyeing & being
on the easterne Shore in a river there Called Pocomoke on the
north Side of the said river being bounded as ffolloweth
on the South by the river on the west with a Little branch called
deviding branch (by Consent) from the mouth of the Sd: branch
till it comes to a markt pine and from the said pine with
a line running north into the woods three hundred & twenty perches
bounded
