42 bounded on the east with a markt oake Dividing it from
the Land of George Wale running Southerly from the
said oake to the river and from the said oake northerly
up by the Land of the said George Wale into the woods
three hundred and twenty perches finally bounded
on the north with an easterly Line drawne from the
end of the foresaid north Line in the woods The Land
aforesaid Containing by estimacon five hundred
acres more or Lesse, Together with all edifices, houseing
orchards, fencing, woods, proffitts & Commodities; & hereditaments
& appurtenances to the Same belonging or in any wise
appertaining; To have and to hold the aforesaid
devident of Land being by estimation five hundred
acres more or Lesse, with all & every the appurtenances
to him the said Walter Powell his heires & assignes
forever to the onely use & behoofe of him the said
Walter Powell his heires & assignes for ever
to be holden of the Lord Proprietary of y Province
of Maryland for & under the rents & Services
by the forementioned pattents reserved, And
I the Said Thomas Walker the said Devident of Land
with the appurtenances before by those presents
