35 one hundred & fifty perches to a white oake marked foure
wayes & then south south east five hundred & twenty
perches into the woods to a pine marked foure wayes & then
west & by south to a marked red oak & then north north
west to the Creekes head & downe along the eastermost
Side thereof Dashiells Creeke to the mouth thereof
Containing by estimacon five hundred acres, being part
of one thousand acres granted by pattent called the Dispence
dated as aforesaid, the Same David Spence granting all
rights profitts priviledges, Comodities & hereditaments
to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining; To
have & to hold the said five hundred acres to me James
Dashiell & to mine heires forever, with all & every itts
appurtenances whatsoever, as by the said Conveyance
more fully & more at Lardge it may & doth appeare
Now Know yee further that the said James Dashiell
& Anne his wife for A valuable Consideracon in hand paid
by Thomas Roe of the County & province aforesaid planter
the receipt whereof wee doe hereby acknowledge & every
part & parcell thereof do clearely fully & absolutely
acquitt & dischardge the said Thomas Roe his heires executors
admrs: & assignes for ever; have given granted bargained
& Sold And doe by these presents give grant bargaine
allienated & Sell unto him the said Thomas Roe his
heires
