36 heires & assignes for ever all that the said five hundred
acres of Land soe to me allienated & sold by David
Spence & Anne his wife as aforesaid with all the
Proffitts, priviledges, writings, Comodities & heredi
taments to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining, To have and to hold the said
five hundred acres of Land with all & every the
appurtenances to him the said Thomas Roe
his heires executors: administrators: & assignes for
ever to the onely use & behoofe of him his heires
& assignes for ever; to be holden of the said Lord
Proprietary for & under the rents & Services by y
Sd: originall recited pattent reserved; And wee the sd:
James Dashiell & Anne his wife the said parcel
of Land with the appurtenances before by these
presents bargained & Sold unto him the said Thomas
Roe doe for ever freely acquitt & dischardge the same
of & from all & all manner of former & other
bargains, grants, Sales, forfeitures, Joyntures
Dowries Surrenders, & of & from all other titles
incumbrances Claimes & demands of us our or
either of our heires executors: admrs or assignes
& against all & every other person or persons whatsoever
Claiming from by or under the said James Dashiell
