the County & province aforesaid by Conveyance signed sealed
& acknowledged Att A Cort: held for Somersett County the
XXXth: day of June Ao: Do: 1668 Did make over a peece of
A parcell of Land unto me James Dashiell & to my heires
& assignes for ever, out of A tract of Land granted by patent
unto the said David Spence under the Seale of this province
bearing date the 8th: day of ffebruary in y XXXii year
of the Dominion of the Rt: honble: Caecilius Ao: Do: 1663
Called the Dispence) Containing five hundred acres
bounded as ffoll: vizt beginning at the mouth of a Creeke
Called Dashiells Creeke running east & by ye north
