158 Sales, Leases, mortgages; Joyntures; Dowers; titles of
Dower, rents; & Arrearages of rent (the rents & Services
which from henceforth Shall grow due & payable to
the Lord Proprietary & his heires onely excepted &
fore prized, And I the said Jenken Price for my Selfe
my heires executors: & administrators: all the above
mentioned premisses with every of their appurtenances
unto the said Daniell Penfax his heires executors: administrs:
or assignes against all people Shall & will warrant & for
ever defend, Alsoe I the said Jenken Price for my Selfe
my heires exeutors: & administrators: doe Covenant -
grant & promise from tyme to tyme & att all tymes for
& duering the space of ffive years next ensueing the date
hereof at & upon the request & at y Cost & Chardges in
Lawe of the said Daniell Penfax his heires or assignes
make doe performe acknowledge Suffer or Cause to be made
don performed & Acknowledged all & every such ffurther
Lawfull & reasonable Act & Acts assurances & Conveyances in
the Lawe; for the better & more perfect Sure makeing
& Conveying all & Singular the before hereby granted
or mentioned to be granted premisses with there & every
of there rights members & appurtenances to y only
proper use & behoofe of the said Daniell Penfax his
heires & assignes for ever as by the said Daniell Penfax
