157 meadowes, Sseedings; pastures; ffences Hereditaments
whatsoever belonging to the same, unto the said Daniell
Penfax his heires & assignes; & to his & their only
proper use & behoofe for ever absolutely without any
Contradiccon or power of revocacon in any wise so that
neither I the said Jenken Price my heires executors: or
administrators: nor any other person or persons for us
or either of us or in our names or in the name or
names of us or any of us at any tyme or tymes hereafter
may aske Claime Challenge or demand in or to the
pr:misses; or any part thereof any Interest right title
use or possession, But of & from all Action of right title
claime Interest use possession & demand there of wee &
every of us to be utterly excluded for ever debarred
And ffurthermore I the said Jenken Price doe declare
& affirme that at y tyme of the ensealing & delivery of
these presents; To have full power good right & Lawfull
Authority to grant Bargain Sell & Convey all and
Singular the before hereby granted or mentioned
to be granted premisses with their & every of there
appurtenances unto y said Daniell Penfax his heires
& assignes And alsoe that the said Land is free from
all manner of former & other Gifts grantes; bargains
