Learned in the Law Shall be devised advised or required
In Confirmacon & firme assurance of the truth
above written; I have Sett to my hand & fixed my
Seale; giving Deed & State with full & peaceable possession
by Livery of Seisin of & in y above mentioned pr:misses
with the appurtenances thereunto belonging as also do
oblidge my Selfe to Acknowledge the same as my Act &
