156 the said river beginning at a marked oake Standing on the
pointe of marsh that maketh the mouth of the narrow,
and running north west & by north the bredth of two
hundred Perches along Pocomoke bay Side to a marked oake
Standing on the banke of the said bay thence running
north north east the Length of three hundred & twenty
perches into the woods to a marked pine thence running
on A Line south east & by south the bredth of two hundred
perches to a marked oake Standing by the riverside neare
the Indian bridge thence running downe the river
Side South South west three hundred & twenty perches to
the first bounder; Surveyed & Laid out for foure hundred
acres more or Lesse; as by Pattent bearing date at St: Maries
under the great Seale of the said Province of Maryland the
third day of September in the two & thirtieth year of the
Dominion of Caecilius absolute Lord & Proprietary of the
Province of Maryland & Avalon Lord Baron of Balte
more &c May & doth appeare with All & Singular the
Profitts rights & Bennefitts thereunto Belonging;
