The Cort: being Sett Jenken Price appeares before
the board & Acknowledgeth this ffoll Deed . ~ . ~
To All to whome these presents Shall come know yee
that I Jenken Price of y County of Sommersett in
the Province of Maryland for full & valuable Consider
acon to me in hand by Daniell Penfax of London mariner
before the ensealing & delivery hereof well & faithfully
paid wherewith I Acknowledge my Selfe to be ffully
Satisfied; And the said Daniell Penfax his heires
executors: & administrators: and every of them thereof
doe acquitt & forever exonerate by these presents have
given given granted allienated bargained Sold enfeoffed
& Confirmed, And by these presents doth fully cleerly
& absolutely give grant Bargain Sell alien enfeoffe
& Confirme unto the said Daniell Penfax his heires
& assignes for ever; All that parcell of Land called
Glynneather Scituate Lyeing & being on the eastermost
Shore in Pocomoke river on the westermost Side of
