4i8 MARYLAND COURT OF APPEALS

Ungle his heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and Behoof of the Said
Robert Ungle his heirs and Assigns for Ever and the Said Robert Grundy
and Judith his Wife for themselves their heirs Exrs and Admrs and for every
of them Doth Covenant grant and agree to and with the Said Robert Ungle
his Heirs and Assigns and to and with every of them by these presents in
manner and form following that is to Say that it Shall and may be Lawfull
[621] to and for the Said Robert Ungle his Heirs and Assigns from Time to
Time and at all times for ever hereafter To Have hold use Occupy possess
and Enjoy the Bargained premisses with the appurtenances and every part
and parcell thereof without any manner of Lawfull or other Lett Barr
Molestation or hinderance whatsoever of them the Said Robert Grundy and
Judith his Wife their Heirs Exrs or Admrs or any other person or persons
Whatsoever and that the Bargained premisses with the Appurtenances Shall
remain Continue and be unto him the Said Robert Ungle his Heirs and
Assigns free and Clear and freely and Clearly Acquitted Exonerated and
Discharged or Otherwise from time to Time and at all Times for ever here-
after Saved Defended and keept harmless by them the Said Robert Grundy
and Judith his Wife of and from all former and other Gifts Grants barganes
Sales Joyntures Mortgages Dower or Title of Dower Rents fines forfeitures
and Amerciaments and of and from all and Singular other Titles Charges
and Incumbrances Whatsoever and that the Said Robert Grundy and Judith
his Wife the Severall and Respective Tracts of Land and Premisses aforesaid
in manner and form aforesaid to the Said Robert Ungle his heirs and Assigns
to the only proper use and behoof of the Said Robert Ungle his Heirs and
Assigns for Ever Against them the Said Robert Grundy and Judith his Wife
their Heirs and the Heirs of Each of them Exrs and AdmrB and against all and
every other person or persons Whatsoever Shall or will Warrant and for ever
Defend by these presents and that the Said Robert and Judith and their
Heirs Executors and Administrators Shall and Will at the Request of the Said
Robert Ungle his Heirs or Assigns at any Time hereafter make Such further
Assurances of the Bargained premisses With the Appurtenances in Law for
the Sure making of the Same to the Said Robert Ungle his Heirs and As-
signs as he or they or his or their Councill learned in the Law Shall be
reasonably advised provided that Such Conveyance and Assurance Shall be
at the proper Cost and Charges of the Said Robert Ungle his Heirs or As-
signs In Wittness Whereof the parties to these presents have Interchangeably
Set their hands and affixed their Seals the Day and year above written Robert
Grundy [Seale] Judith Grundy [Seale] Sealed and Delivered in the presence
of us R. Gouldsborough M. T. Ward Joseph Bullock Which Same Deed was
Acknowledged by the Said Robert and Judith before Robert Gouldsborough
and Mathew Tilghman Ward Gent then being two of her late Majesties Jus-
tices of the peace for Talbott County the Certificate of which Acknowledg-
ment follows in these words Memorandum that upon the 23d day of February
