denture made the Second day of February in the first year of the Reign of
our Sovereign Lady Anne by the Grace of God of England Scotland France
and Ireland Queen Defender of the faith etc. Annoque Dom one Thousand
Seven hundred and two Between Robert Grundy of Talbott County in the
Province of Maryland Gent and Judith his wife the Daughter and heir of
Richard Girling late of Talbott County afa Gent Deceased of the one part
and Robert Ungle of the Same County Merchant on the other part Witt-
nesseth that for and in Consideration of the Sum of three hundred pounds
of good and Lawfull money of England to them the Said Robert and Judith
well and Sufficiently paid by the Said Robert Ungle before the Ensealing and
Delivery of these presents the Receipt Whereof the Said Robert and Judith
hereby Acknowledge and Confess and themselves to be therewith fully Con-
tented Satisfyed and paid and thereof and of every part thereof Doth hereby
Acquitt release Exonerate and Discharge the Said Robert Ungle his Heirs
Exrs and Admrs for Ever by these presents I have given granted Bargained
Sold Aliened Enfeofed and Confirmed and by these presents doe fully freely
Clearly and absolutely give grant bargain Sell Alien release Enfeof and Con-
firm unto him the Said Robert Ungle his heirs and Assigns all that Tract of
Land Called Buckland Containing two hundred and fifty Acres and all that
Tract of Land Called Gurlington Containing Two hundred Acres and all
that Tract of Land Called Murrey Containing One hundred and fifty Acres
lying in two parcells and all that Tract of Land Called the Addition Ad-
joining to the aforesaid Lands And all that Tract of Land Called Rumley
Marsh Containing three hundred Acres and all that Tract of Land Called
Buckland Containing fifty Acres all which Tracts of Land do Contain in the
whole one Thousand and fifty Acres of Land Scituate lying and being on the
North Side of great Choptank River in Talbott County being butted and
Bounded by the Severall Courses and boundaries in the Severall Respective
Certificates of Survey thereof made And the Severall Letters Patents thereof
granted mentioned Relation thereunto being Respectively had the Same
doth largely appear Together with all and Singular plantations houses Dwell-
ing Houses Tobacco Houses and other outhouses Orchards Gardens pastures
feedings Woods Underwoods Wood Grounds Trees and Timber and all and
Singular benefitts priviledges and Advantages Whatsoever in or upon the
aforesaid Tracts of Land or which to them or Every of them Did or Doth
belong or in any wise Appertain and all the Estate Right Title Interest use
property possession Claim or Demand of them the Said Robert Grundy and
Judith his Wife their Heirs Exrs or Admrs of in or into the Same or any part
parcell or member thereof and the Reversion and reversions remainders of
all and Singular the before granted premisses with the Appurtenances To
Have and to hold the aforesaid Severall Tracts of Land Containing one
Thousand and fifty Acres of Land together with the Plantations and prem-
isses with their and Every of their appurtenances to him the Said Robert
