Admrs and Assigns for Ever and all that Tract of Land Called Murrey lying
in Talbot County Containing One hundred and fifty Acres According to
patent more or less lying in Two parcells unto him the Said Robert Grundy
his heirs Exrs Admrs and Assigns for ever and all that Tract of Land Called
the Addition lying and Adjoining to the afd Lands which are Lying on the
North Side of Choptank River in Talbott County Containing One hundred
Acres According to Patent more or less unto the Said Grundy his Heirs Exrs
Admrs or Assigns for Ever and also I give and grant unto the Said Grundy all
that Tract of Land Called Rumley Marsh lying on the North Side of Chop-
tank in Talbott County Containing three hundred Acres According to patent
More or less unto the Said Grundy his heirs Exta AdmTS and Assigns for Ever
and all that Tract of Land Called Buckland Containing fifty Acres more or
Less According to Patent I give and grant from me and my heirs unto Robert
Grundy his heirs Ex™ Admrs and Assigns for Ever all and every part and par-
cell of the afd Tracts of Land aforementioned with Tenements Dwelling
houses barns Tobacco houses Orchards Woods underwoods unto him the
Said Robert Grundy his heirs Exrs Admrs and Assigns for Ever And that all
other Lands Tenements or Hereditaments Either freehold or Copy hold
Whereof She the Said Judith hath or Shall have any Estate of Inheritance
shall be assured and granted unto the Said Robert Grundy his Heirs Exrs
Adni" and Assigns for Ever Now the Said Judith doth Covenant and that She
the Said Judith Shall and Will at all times during the Life of the Said
Robert Grundy at Such Time and Times Whensoever the Said Robert Shall
think meet upon reasonable request in that behalf to be made unto the Said
Judith Shall and will Sufficient Convey and Assure to Such person or persons
and their heirs as the Said Robert Shall name and Appoint to the only use
and behoof of the Said Robert Grundy his Heirs Exrs Admrs and Assigns for-
ever all Such Lands Either freehold or Copy hold whereof She the Said
Judith hath or is Intituled to have any Estate of Inheritance by Custome or
otherwise According as by the Said Robert or his learned Councill Shall be
advised or Devised, And that the Said Judith Shall in all things perform and
fulfill According to the Tenor and true Meaning of the Same In Wittness
whereof I have hereunto Set my hand the Day and year first above Written
Judith Stanley [Seale] Sealed and Delivered in the presence of us James
Clayland William —£_ Cutterhup. That the Said Judith Intermarried

by Deed Indented bearing date the Second Day of February in the first year
of the Reign of our Late Sovereign Lady Anne by the Grace of God of Eng-
land Scotland France and Ireland Late Queen Defender of the faith etc. An-
noque Dom one Thousand Seven hundred and Two Sold the above men-
tioned Land and premisses unto a Certain Robert Ungle of the [620] County
