for two hundred acres more or lesse as certificate under the hand Liber E
of Richard Edelin Deputy Surveyor beareinge date the Seaventh
of September in the yeare of our Lord one thousand six hundred
sixty & nine will appeare All & singular which pcell of land Together
with all & Singular the howses buildings Structures & Edifices what-
soev thereunto belonginge or in any wise apperteyneinge Together
with all the Orchards Gardens pastures, feedinges, comons Comon
of pasture, Range for hoggs woods underwoods water water-
courses, fishings fowleings wayes easements pfitts comodities &
hereditaments whatsoev unto the sd pcell of Land belonginge or in
any manner of way apperteyninge, As also all Pattents Deedes
Evedences & writings touchinge or concerninge the Same To have &
to hold the sd pcell of Land & all & singular the pmisses afore-
menconed to be hereby bargained & sold with th'apurteńces & eVy
pte & pcell thereof whatsoev before named or recited unto the sd
Robert Ingoisby his heires executrs admrs or ass for ev, Yeildeinge
or payinge yearely the Lord Proprietaryes Rente for the sd pcell
of land that shall hereafter become due or payable in manner &
forme as in the Pattent exprest And the sd William Thomas for
himselfe his heires executrs & admrs doe Covenant & agree to &
with the sd Robert Ingoisby his heires executrs admrs or ass shall
& may lawfully peaceably & quietly have hold occupy & possesse &
enjoy, all & singulr the ptmisses before by theise presents bargained
& solde & evy pte & pcell thereof forever, with evy the Rights
members & appurtenances, without the lawfull lett suite trouble,
eviction, expultion or demand for or by the sd William Thomas,
for or by his heires executrs & admrs or any or either of them, or
against all psons whatsoever, shall & will warrant & forever de-
fend by theise pntes And from all manner of former & other
bargaines Sales estates former Leases, titles, dowers Rights or
tytles of Dowers, Joyntures uses entayles, wills Rentcharges, rent [p. 161]
Services, arrearages of Rentes, statutes Recognizances Judgements,
execucons troubles Charges & demands whatsoev, had made done
comitted eithr wittingly or willingly by the M William Thomas his
heires or ass or any of them, or of or by any otht pson or psons
whatsoev lawfully claimeinge by or undr them or any of them, or to
thr or any of their uses, or by their or any of their tytles, estate
meanes or pcurement And the sd William Thomas for himselfe his
heires executrs & admrs, all & Singular the before bargained pmisses
with their appurteńces & evy pte & pcell thereof shall & will warrant
& f or ev defend unto the sd Robert Ingoisby his heires executrs
admrs & ass & shall & will from tyme to tyme & at all tymes here-
after, dureinge the Space of fower yeares At the reasonable request
of & at the çper Costs & charges of him the sd Robert Ingoisby
in the Law his heires & ass make doe execute & suffer, & cause to
be made done executed & suffered all & evy such furthr Act & Acts,
