parcell of land belonging or any manner of way appertaineing To
Have and to Hold the sd parcell of land and all and singular the
prmisses beforemenconed to be hereby bargained and sold wth the
appertenances and every part and parcell thereof wtsoever before
named or recited unto the sayd John Vaudry his heyres and As-
signes forever, Yeylding and payeing the Ld Propryetary rent for
the same land yearly in mannr and forme as in the Patent aforesd
is exprest, And the sd Ignatius Causine for himselfe his heyres
Executrs and Administratrs doe covenant grant and agree to and
wth the sd John Vaudry his Executrs Administratrs & Assignes and
every of thm by these prsents tht the sd John Vaudry his Executrs [fol. 14]
Administrators & Assignes shall and may lawfully peaceably and
quietly have hold occupie possess and enioy all and singular the
aforesd prmisses by these prsents bargained & sold, And every part
and parcell thereof wth every the Rights membrs and appurtenances,
wthout the Lawfull lett suite trouble Eviccon expulistion inter-
rupcon or demand of or by the said Causine or of or by his heyres
Executrs and Administrars or any or either of them, or of or by
any other pson or psons lawfully claimeing from by or under thm
or any of thm or any of theyre uses or by from or under theyre
or any of their Titles Estates meanes or pcuremts as ailso accquitted
and dischargd or wthin any convenient tyme aftr reasonable request
made well and sufficiently kept harmless off and from all and all
manr of former and other bargaines sales Estates former Leases
Titles troubles Charges and demandes wtsoever had made done
comitted or wittingly or willingly suffered, by the sd Causine his
heyres or Assignes or any of thm, or to theyre or any of theyre uses,
or by theyre or any of theyre Titles Estates meanes or pcuremts
and the said Ignatius Causine for himselfe his heyres Executrs and
Administratrs all and singuler the afore bargained prmisses wth
theyre appurtenances, And every part and parcell thereof unto the
so John Vaudry his heyres Executrs Administratrs and Assignes to
the intent and meaneing aforesd shall and will warrt and forever
defend by these prsents In witnes whereof the partyes above men-
toned have interchangeably sett theyre handes and Seales the day
and yeare first above written Ignatius Causine
