     Waters his heyres & Assignes forever All tht parcell of Land being
     part of a greater devident called Allesons Folly lyeing Scituate and
     being on the East side of Piscatteaway river on the south side of
     Creeke Chingamuxin Creeke containeing as by Patent granted to
     Thomas Allanson doth appeare more or lesse three hundred acres of
     the sd dividend being in the possession of Thomas Allcox begining at
     the sd Ailcox westermust tree being a black wallnut and runing west
     south west downe the Creeke the len of fourty pches unto a marked
     white Oake standing in the Indian feild by the water side bounded on
     the wth a lyne drawne south East into the woods the lenght of three
     hundred pches to a marked Oake on the South containeing and layd
     out for one hundred acres be it more or lesse all and singuler wch said
     parcell of land together wth all its rights members Jurisdiccons and
     appurtenances wth all howses thereon erected all easemts backsides
     orchardes medows feedeings pastures woodes underwoodes wayes
     pfitts coffiodetyes hereditamts and appurtenances wtsoever unto the
     parcell of land belonging or any way appertaineing, and allso all
     the Estate Right title Use propty possession claime and demand [fol. 11]
     wtsoever of thm the Gerrard Browne & Edmond Lindsy of in or
     to the same all wrighteings or deedes toucheing the same To have
     and to hold the sd parcell of land and all and singuler the bargained
     prmisses and the sd John Waters his heyres and assignes forever to
     the only use and behoofe of him the sd John Waters his heyres
     and Assignes forever and the said Gerrard Browne and Edmond
     Lindsy for thmselves theyre heyres Executors and Administratrs doth
     hereby covenant grant to and wth the said John Waters his heyres
     and Assignes that the sd Gerrard Browne and Edmond Lindsy theyre
     heyres Executrs and Administrators tht the sd parcell of land and
     all other the bargained prmisses unto him the John Waters his
     heyres and Assignes agt all psons wtsoever shall and will warrt
     and forever defend by these prsents the rents and Services hereof
     or to becom due and payable to the Lord Propryetary for the same
     allwayes excepted and foreprized and farther tht the sd Gerrard
     Browne and Edmond Lindsy theyre heyres and Assignes shall and
     will from tyme to tyme and at all tymes hereafter dureing the space
     of seaven yeares at the reasonable request and at the pp cost and
     charge of him the John Waters in the Law his heyres and Assignes
     make doe execute and suffer and cause to be made done executed or
     suffered all and every such farther and other act or acts thing or
     things wtsoever or assureance or assureances wtsoever requesite in
     the prmisses for the better assureing and the more sure makeing of
     the afore bargained prmisses unto him the sd John Waters his heyres
     and Assignes forever be it by enrolemt of these prsents fine feofemt
     or other wayes or by councell learned in the Law shall be reasonably
