          Liber D    Land lyeing in Charls County in the woods beginning at a bounded
                beech standing on the east sid of a fresh runn being the bound tree
                of Capt Wm Stons Mannor Called Poynton runing thence west
                northwest binding upon the land formerly laid out for James Lynd-
                sey for length 320 perches to a bounded red Oake thence west
                southwest, 150 perchs to a bound tree joyning to the Land of Capt
                Will Stone bind.ing upon the mannor untill it come to the first

                tenure & occupacon of the sd Gerard Browne wth all & singular its
                rights members & appurtenances together Wth all houses edifices &
                buildings orchards gardens yards Lands tenements Feedings pas-
                tures woods underwoods & appurtenances wtsoever to the prmises
                belonging or in anywise appertaining together wth all deeds Evi-
                dences writings & Charters wtsoever touching or concerning the
                prmises To have & to hold the sd land & all & singular other the
           prmises hereby granted bargained & sold wth their & every of their
           rights members & Appurtenances wtsoever unto the sd George his
           heirs & Assgns to the sole & only pp use & behoofe of the sd George
           his heirs & Assgns for ever And the sd Gerard for himself his
           heirs Exectr & Admtrs the sd land & all & singular other the prmises
           before granted bargained & sold wth the appurtenances unto the sd
           George his heirs & to the only use & behoofe of the sd George
           his heirs & Assgns for ever agt him the sd Gerard his heirs & Assgns
           & all & every other person or persons wtsoever shall & will warrant
           & for ever defend by these prsnts And the sd Gerard for himself
           his heirs Exectrs & Admtrs doth Covenant pmise & grant to &
           the sd George his heirs & Assgns tht he the sd George his heirs &
           Assngs shall be well & sufficiently from time to time & att all times
           saved & kept harmeless by the said Gerard his heirs Exectrs & Admtrs
           of & from all manner of former grants & bargains Leases Joynturs
           Dowrs title of Dowrs rents or arrearges of rents forfeiturs fines
           & of & from any other titles troubles chargs demands or other
           Incumbrances wtsoever had done made Comited suffered or omit-

                time for or in respect of the said premises shall grow due & payable
                to the cheife Ld or Lds of the Fee or Fees of the said prmises ex-
                cepted & foreprized & further the said Gerard for him self his heirs
                Exectrs & Admtrs shall & will from time to time & att all times for &
                dureing the space of five years next ensueing the date of these
                prsnts att and upon the reasonable request & att the Costs & chargs
                in the Law of the sd George his heirs & Assgns make doe pforme
                Acknowledge or cause to be made done pformed acknowledgd all &
                every such further law full & reasonable Act & Acts thing & things
                Devise & Devises Assurance & Assurancs & other Conveyance in the
                Law wtsoever for the further better & more perfect Assurance & Con-
