Charles County Court Proceedings, 1668—1670. 271 nances & Have receive and take the rents Issues and Proffitts thereof Liber D to his & their owne proper Use and behoofe wthout any manner of [p.49] lett trouble Eviction or interruption of or by the sd Robert Robins his heirs Executors Administrators or of or by any of them or of or by any person or persons wtsoever lawfully claimeing by from or under him them or by their or any of their means or procuremts The rents and services which from henceforth shall becom due and [p. 50] payable for or in respect of the fore mention'd premises hereby sold shall grow due & payable to the cheife Lord or Lords of the Fee or Fees thereof for & in respect of his or their Seignory or Seignories only excepted & foreprized And the said Robert Robins his heirs Executors Administrators doth further Covenant and pmise To & [p. 51] with the said William Hensey his heirs Executors Administrators & Assignes tht he the sd Robert Robins his heirs Executors Ad- ministrators shall and will att any time or times wthin seaven years next following upon the request and att the Cost & Charge in the Law of him the said William Hensey his heirs & Assignes make and deliver such further assurance & assurances for the said premises as he the sd Hensy his heirs or Assignes or any of them or his or their Counsell Learned in the Law shall him the sd Robert Robins his [p.52] heirs Executors or Administrators or any of them thereto require And the sd Robert Robins for him Self his heirs Executors Ad- mitrs all & singular the before bargained prmises wth their Appur- tenances & every part and parcell therof to the sd William Hensey his heirs Exectrs Admitrs & Assgs to the intent & meaneing aforesd shall & will warrant & for ever defend by these prsnts In witness whereof the parties above named to these prsnt Indentrs have inter- changably set their hands & seals the day & yeare above written Signed sealed & dd Robert Robins 0 in prsence of Tho: Mathews Samll Cressey Thomas Hussy & Joan his Wife Acknowledge this ensueing Con- [p. 53] veyance to John Ahword & Francis Heydon This Indenture made the thirteenth day of June Anno Domi One thousand Six Hundred & Seaventy Betweene Thoms Hussy of Charls County in the Province of Mary land and Joane his wife of the one part & John Alward & Francis Heydon of the County aforesd of the other part Witnesseth tht the sd Thoms Hussy & Joane his Wife for a valuable Consideracon recd by them in hand whereof [p. 54] & wherewth they acknowledge them selves fully satisfied Contented & paid have aliened bargained & sold & by these prsnts doth aliene bargaine & sell unto the sd John Alward & Francis Heyden & their heirs for ever all tht parcell of land wch lieth on the Norwest side of the branch & soe running from George Goodrickes bound tree by the sd branch upon a line for the lenght of two hundred perches wch belonging to a parcell of land containeing one hundred & fifty Acres |
