270 Charles County Court Proceedings, 1668—1670. Liber D Robins of Charls County planter of the one part & William Hensey of the County aforesaid planter of the other parte Witnesseth tht [p. 42] the said Robert Robins for & in Consideracon of a certaine Surñe of tobaccoe to him in hand paid whereof & wherewith he acknowledgeth him self fully satisfied Contented and paid & of every part and parcell thereof Hath given granted Aliened bargained sold enfeoffed & Confirmed & by these presents doth fully clearely & absolutely give grant aliene bargaine sell enfeoffe & Confirme unto the sd William Hensy all tht parcell of Land lying scituate & being In [p. 43] Charles County neare to A Creeke called Pekeywaxen Creek Be- ginning att a bounded black Oake being the bound tree of Richard Smith and Robert Henley thence runing East south East to a bounded Poplar thence south & by East to a Mulberry tree standing by the swamp side bounded on the north by the said Smiths Land on the East by the Land of Robert Henly on the south & West wth [p. 44] the land & Marsh aforesd Together wth all houses edifices Buildings barnes Stables Gardës Orchards Yards backsides Easemts lands tenements meadowes Feedings pastures woodes Underwoods waies Proffitts Commodities what soe ever & hereditaments to the sd land belonging or in any manner of way apperteyning & allsoe all the right title Interest use property Claime & demand of him the sd Robert Robins of in or too the same & alsoe all Deeds writings & Evidences [p.45] what soe ever Touching or apperteining to the premises or any part or parcell thereof To have and to hold the afore said parcell of Land and all & singular other the premises wth their & every of their rights Members & Appurtenances wt soe ever unto the said Wm Hinsey his heirs and Assignes for ever & the sd Robert Robins doth for him self his heirs Executors & Administrators Covenant promise & grant to and wth The said William Hensey his heirs Executors Adthitrators & Assignes tht he the said Robert Robins now is lawfully and Justly possest of a Just and due title & Claime in Law of & in the before bargained premises & tht the said premises now are & for ever hereafter shall be and Continue free & cleere & freely & cleerely acquited exonerated & discharged of and from all & all manner of [p. 471 Other bargaines Sales Gifts Grants Leases rents arrearages of rents rent charges mortgages Joynturs Dowres rights and titles of Dowrs claimes and demands wt soe ever by him them or any of them formerly had done or Commited or to be had done or Comitted And the said Robert Robins for him self his heirs Executors and Ad- ministrators doth Covenant promise and Grant to & with the sd Wil- [p.48] liam Hensey his heirs Executors Administrators & Assignes And every of them by these presnts That he the sd William Hensey his heirs Executors Administrators & Assignes shall and may by force & Virtue of these prsnts from time to time and att all tiths for ever here after lawfully quietly & peacably have hold use occupy possess and enjoy the said land and all and singular the premises before granted wth their and every of their rights members and appurte |
