Charles County Court Proceedings, 1668—1670. 269 Seal's Grants estates bonds statutes intrusitions Dowr's title of Liber D Dowr's Joyntures rents Arrearages of rents and all charges and InCumbrances what soe ever had made done or Growne or to be had' made done or growne by the said Henry and Elizabeth or by any other person or Persons under theire title or by their means or procurements and the sd Thoms Hussy and his heirs shall & may peaceably & quietly frö henceforth for ever have hold and Occupy [p.36] the said land and Free hold & all and singular other the premises wth the Appurtenances and take perceive receive & enjoy the rents Issues and Proffitts therof to the use of the said Thomas Hussy & his heirs for ever without Lett trouble eviction recovery or expultion of or by the sd Henry or Elizabeth or other wise by any other person or persons by the means title or procuremt of them the sd Henry or Elizabeth & also tht the said Henry Moore & Elizabeth his Wife [p. 37] shall on this side & before the feast of Saint Michaell next comeing att the Cost & Charg's in the law of the said Thomas Hussy shall & will acknowledge a fine in due forme of Law and according to the Usuall Course of fines in the Kingdome of England of the said land Freehold & other the premises & the same by the said fine shall remise quitt claime for them & Their Heirs to the said Thomas Hussy & his [p. 38] heirs for ever warrantry against them selves & their heirs & against all other Persons What soe ever And moreover the said Henry Moore & Elizabeth his Wife doth by these Presents Covenant & Grant to and wth the sd Thoma: Hussy tht they the said Henry & Elizabeth att all times dureing the space of seaven years ‘next after the date of these presents att the reasonable Requests & Costs and Charges in the [p. 39] Law only of the said Thomas Hussy or his heirs shall and will doe make knowledge and suffer & cause to be done made knowledged & suffered all and singular Act & Acts thing and things & devise and devises in the Law what soe ever with warrantry against all person or persons wt soe ever which by the said Thomas Hussy or his heirs or his or their Councell in the Law shall be reasonably or lawfully devised for The better Assurance and sure makeing of all and [p.401 Singular the premises to be had and made sure to the said Thomas Hussy & his heirs without any Condicon what soe ever in Witness whereof the parties Aforesaid to the Indentures have interchangeably put their hands and seales the day and yeare first above writen Signed Sealed & delivered Henry Moore 0 in prsence of us Eliz: Moore 0 John X Alword Francis Heydon Robert Robins hereby doth Acknowledge all his right & Title of [p.41] a parcell of Land to Wm Hinsey This Indenture made the fourteenth day of June in the yeare of our Lord one thousand six hundred & seventy Betweene Robert |
