        Liber D    Orchards yards backsids Easemts lands tenemts meadows Feedings
              pastures woods underwoods waies pfitts Comodities hereditamts &
              appurtenances wtsoever to the sd Land & premises belonging or to
              any part or parcell thereof in any manner of way appertaineing To
              have & to hold the aforesd parcell of land & all & singular other the
              prmises wth their & every of their rights members & appurtenancs
              wtsoever to the sd Moore his heirs Exectrs & Admitrs forever And
              the sd Allen doth for himself his heirs Exectrs Admitrs & Assgns
              Covenant pmise & grant to & the sd Moor his heirs Exectrs Ad-
              mitrs & Assgs tht he the sd Allen now is lawfully & justly possest
              of a just & due title & Claime in law of & in the before bargained
              prmises & hath full & absolute powr to bargaine sell & assure the
              same & tht the sd pmises now are & for ever hereafter shall be &
              continue free & cleare & frely & clearely acquited exonerated & dis-
              charged of & from all & singular other bargaines sales gifts grants
              leases rents arrearges of rents rent chargs mortgages Joyntures
              Dowrs right & title of Dowres claimes & demands wtsoever by him
              them or any of thm had done or Comited or to be had done or
              Comited And the sd Wm Allen for himself his heirs Exectrs Admitrs
              & Assgs doth Covenant pmise grant & Agree to & wth the sd Moore
              his heirs Exectrs Admtrs & Assigns & every of thm tht the sd Moore
              his heirs Exectrs Admitrs & Assgs & every of them shall & may by
              force & virtue of these prsnts from time to time & att all times for
              ever hereafter lawfully quietly & peacably have hold use occupy &
              possess & enjoy the sd land & all & singular the before bargained
              prmises wth their & every of their rights members & Appurtenances &
              have rec: & take the rents Issues & pfitts thereof to his or their own
              pp use & behoofe wthout any manner of lett trouble eviction or inter-
              ruption of or by the sd Allen his heirs Exectrs Admitrs or Assgs or
              any of thm or of or by any other person or psons lawfully claimeing
              by from or under him them or any of them or by his their or any
              of their means or pcuremts The rents & services wch from henceforth
              shall become due for or in respect of the forementioned prmises
              hereby sold to the cheife Lord or Lords of the Fee or Fees thereof
              for & in respect of his or their Seignory or Seignorys alwaies ex-
              cepted & foreprized And the sd Allen for himself his heirs Exectrs
              Admitrs doth Covent to & Wth the sd Moore his heirs Exectrs Admitrs
              & Assgs tht he the sd Allen his heirs Exectrs Admitrs & Assgs shall &
              will att all times wthin seven years next following upon the request &
              att the Cost and Charges in the law of the sd Moore his heirs Exectrs
              Admitrs & Assgs make & deliver such further Assurance or Assur-
              ances for the sd prmises as he the sd Henry Moore his heirs Exectrs
              Admitrs or any of them their or any of their Counsell learned in the
              Law shall him the sd Allen his heirs Exectrs or Admitrs or them
              thereto require And the sd Allen for himself his heirs Exectrs Admitrs
              all & singular the before bargained prmises wth their Appurtenances &
              every part & parcell thereof unto the sd Moore his heires Exectrs
