premises wth their appurtenances & every part & parcell thereof unto
the sd Taylor his heirs exectrs Admitrs & Assgns to the intent & meane-

I Wilt Diccasson doe assgne over all my right title & Intrest of
sixty five Acres of land lying upon the branches of Nongemy cke
called stoake hill unto Edmd Taylor as witness my hand this eleventh
of Novemr 1669 Witti Diccasson
William Allen Acknowledgeth the ensueing Conveyance to Henry
Moore
This Indenture made the eight day of June in the yeare of our
Lord 1669 Betwixt I Williã Allen of Charles County planter of the
one parte & Henry Moore of the foresd County planter of the other
parte witnesseth tht the sd Allen for & in Consideracon of a Certaine
sume of tob to him in hand pd whereof & wherewth he acknowledgeth
himself fully satisfied & pd & of every part & parcell thereof, Hath
given granted bargained sold enifeoffed and Confirmed & by these
prsnts doth give grant aliene bargaine sell & confirme unto Henry
Moore all tht parcell of land Called maysmoore lying in the County
aforesd begining att a marked Locust tree being the Eastermost
bound tree of Daniell Mathenias Land standing by Mattawomans
Creek from thence runing up the Creek & bounding on The sd Creek [p. 112]
an Easte & by north line for 100 perchs to a marked white
Oake standing in a point in an Indian feud by the sd Creek being
the bound tree of Geo: How's land from thence runing south & by
East for 320 perches to a marked Hickory standing by a Valey
from thence runing West & by south for 100 perches till it intersect
the S by E: line of Daniell Mathena & soe along tht line to the first
bound tree Containeing & now laid out for 200 Acres more or less
together wth all houses Edifices buildings barnes stables Gardens
