the Province aforesd Planters on the other Part Witnesseth That the
sd George Harris as well for and in Consideration of tenn Thousand
Pounds of tobaccoe and Caske by three Severall Bills Past to the sd
George Harris Before the Ensealing and Deliverie hereof by the
sd James and Robt Littlepage the first Payment to be Made the
tenth of october Anno 1668 is to be Two Thousand Sixty and Sixe
pounds of tobaccoe and Caske The Second Paymt to be Made the
tenth of october Anno 1669 to be foure Thousand Pounds of to-
baccoe and Caske The Third and Last Payment to be Made the
tenth of october Anno 1670 is to be foure Thousand Pounds of [p.35]
tobaccoe as at Large it Appeareth by the three Severall Bills Past
Bearing one Date to the George Harris Whereof and wherewith the
sd George Harris doth Acknowledge himselfe Satisfied Contented
and Paid Thereof and of everie Part and Parcell thereof doth Acquitt
and Discharge the sd James and Robt Litlepage their heires Executes
Administrators and Assignes and every of them by these Presents As
allsoe for Diverse good Causes and Considerations Him thereunto
Moving Hath graunted Bargained enfeoffed Sold Set over and as-
signed and Confirmed and by these Presents doe fully Clearely and
absululely graunt Bargaine Sell enfeoffe Assigne set over and Con-
firm unto the sd James and Robt Litlepage them their heires Executes
and Adminrs all tht Parcell of Land Called by the Name of Effton Hills
Scituate Lyeing and being on the North side of a Creeke Called
Burdits Creeke Beginning at a Bounded oake the Bound tree of the
Land formerly Laid out for Mris Verlinda Stone Standing on the
side of the Maine fresh neare the head of the sd Creeke and Running
down the Fresh east by North from the sd oake for the Length of
foure Hundred and twenty Pearches to a Bounded oake Standing
by the Creeke side Bounding on the east by a line Drawn North
into the Woods for the Length of three hundred and twenty Perches
by the Land formerly Laid out for Samuel Palmer to a Bound
Pokikory standing on the High grounds on the North by a Line
drawne west South West from the sd Pokikory for the Length of one
Hundred and fiftie Pearches to a Bounded oake tht Intersects a
Paralell Line Drawn South to the sd land of Mris Verlinda Stone
on the West wth the sd Land, & Paralell on the South wth the sd Creeke
Containing and Now Laid out for five Hundred acres More or Lesse
the sd Land Being taken up by the sd George Harris the Pattent
Bearing date the fifth of February the five and Thirtieth yeare of his
Lordships Dominion over this sd Province Anno Dni 1666 and Now
in the Possession of the abovesd James and Robt Litlepage All and
Singular wch Parcell of Land together wth all Houses thereon
Erected Buildings Structures edifices whatsoever thereunto Belong-
ing or appertaining together wth all the orchards gardens Pastures
feedings Commons Common of Pasture Range for hogges Woods
underwoods Waters Water Courses Fishings Fowlings Waies
