172 Charles County Court Proceedings, 1668—1670.
Liber D Graunt to and wth the sd Nicholas his heires Executrs Adminrs and
Assignes That the sd Nicholas his heires Executes Adminrs and
Assignes & everie of them Shall and May from time to time and
at all times hereafter Lawfully peaceably and quietly Have Hold use
occupie Possesse and enjoy the sd Land and Premises wth the Ap-
purtenances and Have Receave perceave and take the Rents issues
and proffits thereof to his and their own proper uses and Behoofes
without any Manner of Lett trouble eviction or Interruption of or
by the sd Thomas his heires Executrs Adminrs or Assignes or any of
them or of or by any other Person or persons Whatsoever from
by or under him them or any of them or By his their or anie of their
[p.34] Meanes title Assent Consent or Procuremt (the Rents and Services
wch from henceforth shall growe, or Payable for the Same to the
Cheife Lord of the Fee or Fees for the time being for or in Respect
of his and their Seigniorye or Seignioryes allwaies excepted or f ore-
prized And the Thomas Doth for himselfe his Heires Executrs
and Adminrs Covenant and Promise to and wth the sd Nicholas his
heires Executors and Adminrs That he the Thomas his heires
Executrs & Administratrs Shall & Will at any time or times within
Seaven yeares next following upon the Request and at the Costs
and Charges in the Law of the sd Nicholas his heires Executors
Administrators or Assignes Make Seale and Deliver such further
Assurance and Assurances for the Premises as he the Nicholas
his heires Executrs Administratrs or Assignes or any of them or
his their or any of their Councel Learned in the Law Shall him the
sd Thomas his heires Executrs or Administrators or any of them
thereto Require And the sd Thomas for and from himselfe his
Heires Executrs Administrators and Assignes all and every the
before Bargained Premises wth the appurtenances and everie part
and Parcell thereof unto the sd Nicholas his Heires Executrs Ad-
ministrators and Assignes to the intent and Meaning aforesd Shall
and Will Warrant and for ever Defend by these Presents In Witnes
whereof the Parties aforesd to these Indentures Interchangeably Have
Put their Hands and Seales the Day and yeare first above written
