174 Charles County Court Proceedings, 1668—1670. Liber D Easemts Proffits Commodities, hereditamts whatsoever unto the sd Land Belonging or in any Manner of way appertaining To Have and to Hold the sd Parcell of Land & all and Singular the Premises before Mentioned to be hereby Bargained, and Sold Wth their Ap- [p.36] purtenances thereto Belonging and every Part and rarcell thereof whatsoever Before Named or Recited unto the sd James and Robert Litlepage their Heires Executrs Adminrs and Assignes for ever yeilding or Paying therefore yearely to the Rt Honble the Lord Pro- prietor of this Province the Rents Due for the sd Land at the Feast of the Nativity of our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ if the same be Lawfully demanded And the sd George Harris for himselfe his heires Executrs & Administratrs Doe Covenant and agree to and Wth the James & Robt Litlepage them their Heires Execrs Adminrs and Assignes and every of them by these Presents That they the James and their Heires Executrs Adminrs and Assignes Shall and may peaceably, and quietly Have hold occupie Possesse and enjoy all and Singular the Premises Bargained and Sold., and every part and parcell thereof Wth every the Rights Mem- bers and Appurtenances without the Lett trouble Suite eviction, exquietion interruption or demand of or by the sd George Harris or of or by his Heires Executes and Adminrs or any or either of them or of or by any other Person or Persons Lawfully Claiming from by or under them or any of them to their or any of their uses or By from or under their or any of their Titles estates Meanes or Procuremts as allsoe Acquitt and Discharge within Convenient time after Reasonable Request made Well and Sufficiently Saved and kept Harmles of and from all Manner of former Bargaines Sales estates Former Leases titles, Dowers Rights, or Titles of Dowers Joyntures uses entailes Wills Rent Charges Rent Services Arrearages of rents Statutes Recognizances Judgments Execucons Titles, troubles, Charges and Demands whatsoever Had done Made Comitted or Wittingly or Willingly Suffered by the sd George Harris or any or either of them or of by anie other Person or persons Whatsoever Lawfully Claiming By from or under them or any of them or to their or any of their uses, or By their or any of their Titles estates Meanes or Procurements Provided the afore- mentioned Bills be Paid unto the sd George Harris his heires Executes Adminrs or Assignes at the time before expressed, or else upon Default or Nonpayment by the sd James & Robt Litlepage their Heires executrs Administratrs or Assignes of the Same or any Part or Parcell thereof Then the aforesd Land with all and Singular its Rights Members Jurisdictions and appurtenances Shall Returne to the Proper use and.
