same Lands and every part and Parcel of them and each of them
and Premises with the Appurtenances to make and convey by
Indenture of Bargain and Sale or by any other Proper Conveyance
or Conveyances in the Law to the Person or Persons respectively
who shall bid and give the best and highest Price therefor as fully
and effectually to all intents and Purposes as if the said Richard
Richardson the son was seized in his own Right of and in the like
Estate of and in the said Lands as the said Richard Richardson
Deceased was seized of at the Time of his Death And the Monies
arising from and on each Sale of the said Part of the Tract of

Land aforesaid called Josiah to pay and deliver over to the Ad-
ministrators of the aforesaid Richard Richardson deceased in whose
Hands the same shall be legal Assets as if the same was Properly
Personal Estate And the Moneys arising from and on such Sale of
the said other Land to Apply and distribute amongst the Children
of the said Richard Richardson deceased named in his Will aforesaid
in the Manner and Proportion therein directed According to the true
intent and meaning of the same Will first deducting thereout the
reasonable Charges and expences of such Sales and to the end that
such Application and Distribution may be faithfully made Be it
enacted that the said Richard Richardson the son before such Sale
or Sales as aforesaid shall give Bond in the Penalty of fifteen
hundred Pounds Current Money with Good and Sufficient Sureties
to the Deputy Commissary of Frederick County in the same manner
and fform as is Usual for Executors to give (which said Bond shall
be by the said Deputy Commissary transmitted to and be lodged in
the Prerogative Office in Annapolis) with Condition to the same
Bond Annexed That the said Richard Richardson shall dispose of
Account for apply and Distribute the Monies Arising by such Sale
or Sales Agreeable to the Direction of the Will aforesaid and true
intent and meaning of this Act and shall at such Sale or Sales
Produce a Certificate from the said Deputy Commissary or such
Security having been given And also that the said Richard Richard-
son the son shall within six Months after the Sale aforesaid Account
with the Commissary for the Produce of such Sale and give Security
for the Payments of the same in the same manner as if it were
Properly Personal Estate to be Divided and distributed According to
the true intent and meaning of the Will aforesaid and this Act
Provided always and be it enacted That this Act shall not extend to
Burthen or charge the Heirs Orphans or Orphan of the said Richard
Richardson deceased or any Person or Persons Claiming by from
or under them or any of them with any General or other Warranty
than against the said Richard Richardson Deceased and his Heirs
saving to his most Sacred Majesty his Heirs and Successors, The
Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary his Heirs and Successors,
