Records Transmittal Request
BLANK RTR
Using the Electronic RTR
- Click the link above; Save document to “Desktop”
- Open document
- Fill in appropriate blanks
- When finished save document to “My Documents” by record title or number
- Close “Desktop” copy
- If additional pages are needed open desktop copy again. It will be blank
- Each time you close the “Desktop” copy it will erase what you have written
- Repeat until all necessary RTR’s are complete and saved on “My Documents”
- Send those RTR’s as attachments to msa.bca@maryland.gov
