MONTGOMERY COUNTY - USE OF LICENSED & CERTIFIED REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS IN EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS

Adds licensed and certified real estate appraisers to those authorized to be appointed by the Montgomery County Council to estimate the fair market value of property in Montgomery County that is subject to immediate taking upon a finding that it is needed for a right of way for county roads or streets.
