(electrical engineering technology), 1967; Shepherd University, R.B.A., 1991; Frostburg State University, certificate in management science. Served in U.S. Army, Vietnam, 1968-69 (bronze star; commendation medal). Superintendent, Automotive Equipment, Potomac Edison (Allegheny Power). Manager, Transportation and Stores, Potomac Edison (Allegheny Power), 1982-92. Facilities Manager, Allegheny Power, 1992-96; Meritus Enterprises Inc., 1996-2002. Safety/Compliance Manager, 2004-11, and Compliance/Project Manager, 2011-, Hub Scrap Metals LLC. Member American Legion; Antietam Exchange Club. Married; two children.
