Director, Murphy & Milano, Inc., consulting firm specializing in training & organizational development, 1986-91. Private mediation practice, Charles County, 1991-2001. Founding member, Conservancy for Charles County (past board member). Member, Southern Maryland Leadership Committee, Reality Check Plus. Board of Directors, Senior Services of Charles County, Inc.
