Deputy Comptroller, Naval Ordnance Station, Indian Head, 1987-93 (started as powder & explosives worker in 1959; budget analyst, 1970-74; budget & accounting officer, 1974-78; budget officer, 1978-87; retired 1993). Member, Indian Head Lions Club (past president); New Western Charles Democratic Club; Chapter no. 126, National Association of Retired Federal Employees; Mattawoman Creek Arts Center; Charles County Antique Arts Association. Board of Directors, Indian Head Defense Alliance. Past member, Maryland Municipal League; Southern Maryland Municipal Association. Married; two children.
