Assistant Superintendent, Communications and Special Projects, Baltimore County Public Schools, 1995-98. Instructor, Excellence in School Administration, Goucher College, 1998-99. National Faculty Member for Doctoral Studies in Educational Leadership, Nova Southeastern University, 1999-2003. Executive Director, Student Support Services, Baltimore County Public Schools, 2001-02. Chief Operating Officer, Alternatives Unlimited, 2002-03. President, Mohler Communication Strategies, 2019-. Walter Sondheim Public Service Award, Greater Baltimore Committee, 2019. Married; two children, seven grandchildren.
